Bradford & Barthel, LLP Job Location - California, United States - (Remote/Hybrid) California residency not required. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
