The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP is seeking workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. We offer a diverse and inclusive work environment with a competitive benefits package and remote work opportunities. Our salary range is $100,000-$220,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
Client-Focused Approach: Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution.
Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
Professionalism & Collaboration: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
