nRole Description Join our team in a dynamic, field position as a California Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager. We are seeking candidates who reside in San Diego County, California. Leveraging your medical expertise, you will assess, plan, evaluate, and implement treatment plans aimed at the injured employee's recovery and timely return to work. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating medical appointments and ancillary services, and ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved.
nQualifications
nA California Registered Nursing (RN) License is required
nExceptional communication skills with the ability to foster productive relationships
nAbility to thrive in an independent, remote work environment
nProficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Programs
nWorkers' Compensation Case Management Experience is desired
nBilingual Spanish Speaking is preferred
nCCM Certification is preferred
nAn Advanced Nursing Degree is preferred
nAvailability to attend appointments throughout San Diego County
nIn-depth knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and protocols is preferred
nFlexible work from home options available.
