Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. seeks an experienced Workers Compensation Trial Attorney or Sr. Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the company in complex workers’ compensation matters. You will manage a high-quality litigation caseload from intake through verdict, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Partner with claims professionals to evaluate exposure, develop strategy, and drive timely, cost‑effective resolutions.
