Workforce Case Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field preferred.
