This is primarily a community outreach, workforce development, and employment assistance role

Community Outreach / Resident Engagement – Experience conducting outreach activities and recruiting participants for community programs.
Workforce Development / Employment Services – Experience helping unemployed or underserved individuals access job training, employment opportunities, and career services.
Requirements
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Commitment to excellent customer service and passion for serving NYCHA residents.
· Proficiency in MS Office and excellent data entry skills.
· Past related professional experience, in community outreach, pre-screening, employment and retention or case management for job training or job readiness programs.
· Ability to independently and as part of a team

Stakeholder and employer engagement/communication
Participant support, communication, employment assistance, and retention support
Data entry, progress notes and outcome tracking and reporting
