nSummary

nFreeman is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee our reporting (75%) and help build and maintain our semantic models and dashboards (25%). The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience with prior PA exposure, and SuccessFactors experience.

nThis position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

nEssential Duties & Responsibilities

nnnOversee reporting to help business and HR users access records list in system or in exports

n

nnRespond to data requests

n

nnHelp build and oversee reports in HCMS (SuccessFactors)

n

nnConduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to leadership

n

nnHelp guide decisions through insight support during meetings with audiences and stakeholders

n

nnWork with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, good process design, and tooling and data access

n

nnCollaborate on the build and maintenance of data models and dashboards

n

n nEducation & Experience

nnnBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) is preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work expeirence is required

n

nnMid-level experience in people analytics or a related field (HR systems, other analytics domain)

n

nnExperience managing reporting in an HCMS; Success Factors experience would be preferred

n

nnKnowledge and competencies with security and sharing practices around sensitive data

n

nnExperience working with any BI tool. Experience with Power BI is preferred

n

nnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

n

nnAbility to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

n
