Working Foreman, Erectors & WeldersBLY CON is your trusted Texas partner in precision steel fabrication, welding, and detailing. We specialize in high-quality steel solutions for commercial and industrial projects, delivering strength, precision, and reliability in every build.HIRING ASAP: Working Foreman, Erectors & Welders1) You will be required to travel depending on workload.2) DO NOT APPLY for this job if you are only able to TRAVEL FOR A FEW DAYS A WEEK.3) Must be able to pass background check.4) You must be able to:Read plansProblem solveRun equipmentMake competent decisions on the spot in the fieldRead a tape measure5) This job requires you to be outside in the heat/cold.6) You must be comfortable working at heights up to 30'.7) You must be willing to follow all safety and PPE protocols per company policy.8) Must be able to install stairs & rails.9) Some projects require general construction as well.Pay is weekly.Pay depends on position & experience. After 90 days, you will receive paid holidays & after a year you are eligible for PTO.
