Working SupervisorJoin ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Working Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch cleaning services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client satisfaction and team efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with company standards.Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards.Manage inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and feedback.Assist in scheduling and coordinating team assignments.Implement cleaning procedures and protocols for various facilities.Promote a positive team environment and motivate staff to achieve goals.Requirements:Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson has been a trusted name in the cleaning industry for over 30 years.
