Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, installers and clients to support project alignment.

Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential risks or delays.

Assist with order coordination, project documentation, meeting notes and implementation tracking.

Support installation planning, punch-list coordination and project closeout activities.

Travel to client locations for field reviews, site coordination and project support during various phases of project execution.

Support account managers by preparing materials, coordinating meetings and responding to client requests.

Build trusted working relationships through professionalism, responsiveness and solution-oriented communication.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architectural Products, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in workplace design, interiors, project coordination, or a related field.

Strong understanding of design principles, furniture systems, finishes and space planning.

Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines and competing priorities.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution.

Comfortable conducting site visits, field measurements and working in active client environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare environments or healthcare-focused workplace projects.

Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, CET, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Experience preparing presentations, renderings and client-facing design materials.
