nThe Challenge
nLead our Workplace Experience Team as a Workplace Manager, crafting spaces to boost creativity.
The Opportunity
nWe are seeking a Workplace Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience. You will manage a small team and lead a broad portfolio of responsibilities, from vendor management and space utilization to health & safety compliance, incident response, and change management. This is a people-first role focused on delivering outstanding service to our studio teams while optimizing our workplace operations to align with business goals.
nCore Responsibilities
nStakeholder & Strategic Partnership
nnBuild strong relationships with studio leadership and other internal stakeholders, ensuring the workplace strategy aligns with business needs and local studio culture.
nAct as a key partner to global Workplace and Real Estate leadership, supporting regional initiatives and global rollouts.
n nFacilities & Operations Oversight
nnOwn end-to-end facility operations including safety, maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, sustainability, and desk/space management.
nIn partnership with H&S and other key stakeholders, ensure the studio environment remains safe, functional, and inspiring—aligned with Health & Safety, and sustainability legislation.
nOversee service ticketing systems to resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.
nCollaborate with Technical Services and Security teams on preventive maintenance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
n nVendor & Contract Management
nnManage service provider relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and invoice approvals.
nLead procurement and budget oversight for facilities and services, optimizing cost and quality.
n nProgram & Project Management
nnLead small works and capital improvement projects from initiation through execution.
nSupport and manage change initiatives, including office moves, renovations, and space reconfigurations.
nEnsure workplace data accuracy in reporting systems, and maintain documentation for all operational and compliance processes.
n nBusiness Continuity & Emergency Response
nnPartner with security and health & safety teams to manage emergency protocols and business continuity efforts.
nServe as site lead during incident response, implementing crisis management plans as needed.
n nInnovation & Sustainability
nnChampion environmental initiatives, monitor energy/resource usage, and seek innovative ways to support ESG goals and workplace efficiency.
nSupport the development of spaces that integrate design, amenities, and technology to enhance user experience.
n nLeadership & People Management
nnLead and mentor the Workplace team, supporting performance, development and operational excellence.
nFoster a high-performing and motivated team culture, maintaining standards and discipline while creating a sense of fun and belonging.
nSupport onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring workplace content is current and relevant.
n nQualifications & Experience
nnBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace/Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
n6+ years’ experience in workplace/facilities operations.
nExperience overseeing a multi-disciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment.
nProven success in vendor management, space planning, capital works, and workplace compliance.
n nSkills & Attributes

nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence across multiple levels.
nProject and change management capabilities, including move/add/renovation planning.
nFinancial acumen, including budget forecasting and spend management.

nnOperates with autonomy, while escalating complex or strategic matters.
nProvides input on tactical planning and contributes to broader strategic initiatives.

nThe pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $94,700 and $140,180 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
