Job description
Spring Health is seeking a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to be embedded with Citi in New York. You will provide on-site and virtual consultation, lead trainings, and advise People Leaders on wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted psychotherapy license in NY and NJ, has 5+ years post‑graduate independent practice, and can present to executives. Occasional local travel to a Westchester campus is required. Pay ranges from $110 to $117 per hour.
