Job description
Build‑A‑Bear Workshop seeks a Chief Workshop Manager to drive store performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, coach through shifts, and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
You will oversee staff scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily operations while coordinating with leadership to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
