Workwear Outfitters is growing, and we're hiring for multiple 1st- and 2nd-shift opportunities at our Whites Creek facility. We are hiring for a variety of positions, including:
Stock Picker / Order Picker
Material Handler
Heat Seal Operator
Sewing Operator
Hemming Operator
Picking Associate
Load/Unload Associate
Returns Associate
Pay
$16.48 - $22.00 per hour + up to 2% bonus yearly + yearly merit increase
We offer both:
Traditional hourly positions
Incentive-based positions with the opportunity for higher earnings based on performance
Shift Availability
1st Shift 6 am-2:30 pm
2nd Shift 2:30 pm- 11 pm with 10% shift premium
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow safety and quality standards
Prior warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, sewing, or production experience is helpful but not required for all positions
Physical Requirements
Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position
Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
