Job description
The Biltmore Company seeks a Village Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee front-of-house dining operations at the Biltmore Estate. The role requires guiding staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and acting as manager on duty when the Restaurant Manager is away.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years in a full-service restaurant, strong communication, and a passion for upscale hospitality; wine knowledge is a plus. On-site, long shifts may be required.
