Duties
Model humility, integrity, grit, adaptability, compliance, empathy, compliance, and excellence.
Adhere to operational security guidelines and principles.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for intelligence and investigative skill sets.
Proactively source, engage, assess, and attract candidates using targeted sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure all recruiting practices comply with OFCCP requirements and company policies.
Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on pipelines, requisition status, and hiring progress.
Perform other duties and support additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as multiple contest winner for a staffing company is highly preferred.
Experience as a military recruiter is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
