Job description
Fellowship Wesleyan Church in West Seneca, NY seeks a Worship & Student Ministry Director to shepherd worship arts and student discipleship. You will lead weekly services, coordinate with the Senior Pastor, and create environments where 6th–12th graders grow in faith and community.
The role requires Holy Spirit-led leadership, a commitment to Wesleyan theology, and a heart for mentoring volunteers and students toward lifelong faith in Christ.
