Job description
Oceanside Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Beverly, MA, seeks a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN. In this leadership role, you will oversee wound and skin integrity programs, perform complex assessments, deliver evidence-based treatments, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate and mentor staff, support quality improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a patient-centered approach that upholds dignity, safety, and optimal healing outcomes for our residents.
