Job description
Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the clinical operations of the Wound Care Center.
You will coordinate patient assessments, care planning, and quality improvement, collaborating with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve center objectives. The role requires an active RN license in Illinois, ADN minimum (BSN preferred), and 1 year of RN experience (2+ preferred).
