Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective nursing care. You will lead staffing, collaborate with physicians and admin staff, and mentor team members to promote change aligned with Mercy standards. The role requires 3–5 years hospital nursing experience and an active RN license.
