Job description
PAM Health is seeking an experienced Director of Wound Care to lead our wound care program. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, support and develop clinical staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.
A collaborative leader with strong clinical wound care background and a passion for improving patient outcomes is ideal. Role requires RN licensure, CWS certification, and at least five years of nursing leadership experience.
