Job description
TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is a skilled nursing facility in Georgia seeking a Wound Care/Infection Control RN or LPN who will be responsible for observing and implementing resident care, ensuring continuity between shifts, and maintaining quality care in line with policies and HIPAA regulations.
The role requires an active Georgia RN license (or LPN) and CPR certification, along with strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to elderly residents.
