Job description
Blue Heron Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Wound Care Nurse / Infection Preventionist to lead the facility's infection prevention program and collaborate with clinical leadership. You will drive evidence-based practices, oversee IPCP, and partner with Medical Director and staff to maintain safe patient care.
The role requires RN or LPN nursing credentials, a minimum of three years' nursing experience, and a strong background in infection control and clinical leadership.
