Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Wound Care LPN to provide high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and patient education within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, perform wound dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and document care in the EMR. You’ll educate patients and families on wound prevention and home care, ensuring safety and comfort.
