Job description
Midlands Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Wound Care Nurse/LPN to assess, treat, and plan care for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence conditions. You will collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans and participate in wound care education for the team.
Ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has 1–2 years wound care experience, and may have WOCN certification.
