Job description
Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking an LPN to support wound care centers under the direction of an RN or Provider. You will provide wound-related nursing care following policy and CMS guidelines.
Responsibilities include vein clinic assistance, data collection, and potential case-management support. A valid LPN/LVN license and BLS competency are required; prior wound care experience is preferred.
