Job description
Midlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in New York seeks a Wound Care Nurse to assess, treat and develop care plans for patients with complex wounds and continence issues. You will collaborate with nursing staff, contribute to program development and document wound data for patient care decisions.
The role requires an LPN licensed in good standing, 1–2 years of wound care experience and LT care experience preferred, with reliable transportation.
