Job description
Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide primary skin care to residents under medical direction and supervision. You will collaborate with physicians, the Nursing Supervisor, and the Medical Director to tailor treatment plans for skin disorders.
The role emphasizes treatment and therapy modifications to meet residents’ physical and psychological needs. You will coordinate with regional staff as needed and participate in care planning discussions.
