Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Wound Care LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you’ll perform comprehensive wound assessments, administer evidence-based treatments, and closely monitor healing progress. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families on wound prevention and home care, while ensuring meticulous documentation and infection control.
