Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound Care LPN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based wound management across our care settings. In this role, you will perform wound assessments, administer treatments, monitor healing, and document care using EMR systems. You will educate patients and families on wound prevention, dressing changes, and infection control, while collaborating closely with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
