Job description
North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced wound management for inpatient and outpatient populations. This exempt, full-time, on-site role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to deliver evidence-based care.
Responsibilities include assessments, debridement, wound planning, documentation in the EHR, patient education, and participation in CQI initiatives.
