Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced, evidence-based wound management in an outpatient and inpatient setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive wound assessments, debridement, treatment planning, and coordination of multidisciplinary care. The NP will educate patients and families, ensure appropriate documentation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams.
