Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and manage complex acute and chronic wounds, perform debridement and advanced therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients, families, and staff, support pressure injury prevention initiatives, and contribute to protocol development.
