Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced, evidence-based treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, debridement and advanced therapies, manage complex care plans, and educate patients and staff on wound prevention and healing. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a culture that values compassionate care, community engagement, and continuous professional growth, while helping improve patient outcomes across our community.
