Job description
CareMed Health Solutions is seeking Wound Nurse Practitioners to deliver comprehensive wound care within long-term care facilities. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, diagnosing and treating wounds, and coordinating with facility staff and medical directors.
The role requires Kentucky NP licensure, board certification, and experience with wound care and wound VAC/DME. This on-site position offers meaningful patient impact and collaborative care opportunities.
