Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients with acute and chronic wounds. In this community-focused role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based wound care plans, perform debridement and specialized dressings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-care.
