Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced, evidence-based wound management for inpatient and outpatient populations. In this community-focused role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-care.
