Job description
CareMed Health Solutions seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide wound services for residents in long-term care facilities. You will prescribe medications, order and review treatments, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Applicants must hold an Ohio NP license with board certification; DEA licensure is optional. Experience with wound care and EMR systems is preferred to support high-quality resident care.
