Job description
CareMed Health Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver wound care in long-term care facilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, diagnosing and treating wounds, and coordinating with physicians and nursing staff.
Requirements include an active KY NP license, board certification, and wound-care experience. DEA license is optional. This role emphasizes patient wellbeing in skilled nursing environments and EMR proficiency.
