Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds. In this community-focused role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, perform debridement and advanced wound therapies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, and support quality initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
