Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced, evidence-based wound management for diverse patient populations. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, perform debridement and advanced dressing selection, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to optimize healing and prevent complications. You’ll educate patients and families on wound care and prevention, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to a culture centered on compassionate, community-focused care and professional growth.
