Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic wounds for diverse patients. In this community-focused role, you’ll perform advanced wound evaluations, debridement, and evidence-based therapies, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-care.
