Job description
Prairie Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to oversee wound care management and skin integrity programs for residents. You will provide high-quality wound care, implement preventative strategies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and facility policies.
The role requires an active nursing license (LPN or RN), CPR certification, and at least two years of RN/LPN experience, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
