Job description
South Shore Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our Extended Care affiliated facility in Chicago. You will provide high-quality wound care, implement preventative measures, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and facility policies.
The role requires an active nursing license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN or LPN experience, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
