Job description
PureHealth in Texas City is seeking a wound care nurse to assess and treat patients with complex wounds within a post-acute setting. You will collaborate with the patient care team to ensure adherence to treatment plans and prevent infection.
You will lead wound and ostomy care, facilitate dressing changes, monitor ulcers, and document progress for physicians and families. Strong clinical judgment and communication are essential.
