Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Wound Nurse to provide specialized wound care and skin treatments for residents in a long-term care setting. The role includes obtaining treatment orders, adjusting care plans, and coordinating with physicians and the nursing team.
