Job description
The Healthcare Resort of Plano is seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse (RN/LVN) to assess, implement, and evaluate wound care for residents, promoting skin integrity and preventing pressure injuries.
You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy to achieve optimal outcomes, educate residents and families, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality initiatives.
