Job description
The Blossoms at White Hall in Arkansas seeks a Wound Care Coordinator to deliver high-quality wound care and skin integrity programs for residents, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will assess wounds, plan and implement care, and document resident status to support positive outcomes.
In this role you will coordinate with physicians, initiate nutritional interventions, administer treatments, and lead rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for residents.
