Job description
SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Wound Care/Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN) in North Carolina. The role involves routine wound care evaluation, management and treatments, with emphasis on documentation and patient charting.
Responsibilities include daily wound care procedures, education reinforcement, and collaboration with the wound care doctor weekly. Prior wound care and long-term care experience are preferred, with every-other-weekend availability.
