Job description
Fountain Valley Post Acute in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking an LPN Wound Care Nurse for a full-time, weekday schedule. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies to maintain high-quality resident care.
The role includes charting, medication administration, staff leadership, and participation in care planning to support residents' health and recovery. English proficiency and active LPN/LVN licensure are required.
